First Heritage Mortgage Services, the credit union-owned Mortgage Services provider based in Philadelphia, ended 2021 with over $600 million in closed loan production.

First Heritage Mortgage Services provides versatile, cost effective and integrated turnkey mortgage solutions and services to over 100 partner credit unions. First Heritage is endorsed as the exclusive mortgage service provider for the CrossStates Credit Union Association.
First Heritage began as a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Heritage Federal Credit Union. As of 2017, the following additional credit unions have purchased ownership in First Heritage: Service 1st Federal Credit Union, Erie Federal Credit Union, People First Federal Credit Union, Sun East Federal Credit Union, and Lebanon Federal Credit Union.
