COVID-19 UPDATE: First Heritage Mortgage Services Pandemic Updates
I’m hoping everyone is Healthy. We are living in an environment that is different than anything we have ever encountered before. The speed and voracity in which this pandemic COVID-19 came upon all of us is unprecedented. As scary as things seem right now due to the impact of COVID-19, it’s essential to remember that we’ve lived through eerily familiar economic horror stories before. Most recently, in 2008, when we weathered the financial crisis that resulted from the collapse of the US real estate market.
The fear, uncertainty and growing sense of concern for the future are all valid in today’s financial business environment. These are unprecedented times. We want to assure you that we will continue to support all our partners and their members through the entire mortgage process. Presently, this is being accomplished with only limited process interruption (mostly due to 3rd party detachment). Through open communication and keeping all parties informed on critical tasks, we have worked through many of these challenges together.
This is a marathon and not a sprint, we promise to stay committed to making every attempt to actively work through any encounters by finding solutions that provide the level of service you and your members expect. No doubt, this is a very difficult time and it seems like patience and understanding is a key component of our daily day, but I wanted to sincerely thank all our partners for your hard work, dedication and commitment.

AND Hopefully, in several weeks we will be able to get back to some sort of normalcy.
